Shoulder & Upper spine muscle spasm

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am having a recurrent muscle spasm and pain in the shoulder blades and upper spine for last 2-3 weeks. Due to the acute pain and niggle in the shoulder blades, I have been unable to sleep the entire week. Whom to consult? General physician or any specialist?
