Where can I get diagnosis for ADHD in Adults In Pune? And what is the general cost of such test? I've been recently diagnosed with depression and it's been recurrent since 2019. I have a lot of trouble focusing and have no motivation to do tasks even though they are very important and I know they need to be done. I have been taking Nexito since past 8 months, and it has stabilized my mood to a limit however when it comes to motivating myself to do tasks however important or important I find myself unable to do it. The dosage for Nexito has been increased twice in four months from 10 mg to 15 mg and now 20 mg. I was prescribed modalert during exam periods but after first few days my body got accustomed to it and the symptoms were back in full force. What can be done in such a case?

Hi. I have been on Nexito 5mg for the past 8-9 months. There has been considerable improvement in my mental health but with weight gain. I have been preparing for some competitive exams. For the past two months , i have been feeling extreme sleepiness in the morning and throughout the day. Now its the last leg of my preparation and i cannot waste time feeling drowsy so i started with Modalert 100, which my psychiatrist advised when i initially started but made me stop it after 3 weeks. I didnt consult my psychiatrist for starting the med again.  Right now, i am feeling extreme fatigue and weakness. This is affecting my studies. In order to solve one problem, i have landed on another. I donot have time to start and get accustomed to new med. What should i do?

My daughter is 24 yrs old.She was a bright student till her 12th .Later she joined CA and she stopped paying interest in studying.She finished CA inter after 6 years with lot of prompting from our side.She is very happy otherwise but when it comes to studying she is very lazy and behaves like ADHD.She sits for hours infront of TV and with phone.Now she applied for CA final and took 6 months coaching but she doesn’t want to write exams now which are starting day after tomorrow.How to solve this problem.She is taking Modalert 100mg on the advice of her friend.She feels better it seems when she takes that but if she doesn't take she feels depressed and sleepy.Is this safe and is there any remedy with out medicines.Iam really worried about her career and marriage because she might create trouble to her husband also .

My Father had been diagnosed with Tuberclosis Menengitis and now we are in home care. Wanted to know that how safe it is to give multiple tablets at once to him as per prescription. He's on feeding by tube and all tablets needs to be pownderd and dissolved in milk / water. Problem is, There are upto 8 type ofTablets that are OD , 2 type as BD & 2 type as TDS So I am a bit skeptical if i Should be giving this much Medicines at once or not.
