I am suffering from anxiety and panic attacks since 2 years and i visit the doctor last year and i have consulted with him for more than 5 times but after getting relief from the medicines. I stopped going there and after couple of months, same problems came back and started taking last prescribed medicines. 1) Rejunex CD3 2) Modalert 100mg 3) Etizola plus 10 4) Stalopam lite I am getting relief from above medicines from last year but i couldn't continue it for long. I want to get rid of medicines because if i stop taking those for a week then problem comes again. So kindly suggest what should i do in that case?

With one instance i start building stories especially in deity.. i dono how to come out of it. They r irritating such . I couldnt explain. For example i didnot wished or prayed . Without knowingly it will pick up inner voice saying like this and that . Will provoke like anything. I dono why guilty in terms of it. Worst part i m facing. I had a sudden hearing loss and ringing sensation in my left ear since the past two days . Today I'm having tremors along with breathing difficulty and chest tightness . I also have irritability and terrible headache I'm having modalert 200 placida and petril along with forglyn plus inhaler for asthma I feel that my heart is beating very fast Im also feeling numb in my left ear and it is very difficult to wake up on the morning I have vestibular migraine too

I am 63 years old female. From last one and half months I am suffering from anxiety,depression,panic attacks and OCD .Now I am under treatment of a psychiatrist who prescribed pexep cr 37.5 mg and clonil 25mg at night and modalert 100 mg after breakfast.Now my question is how long will it take to get rid of this mental illness?Due to physical illness I can't go for psychotherapy.Is there any alternative so that I can do myself at home?

My father EEG shows background slowing and CT Head shows chronic small vessels ischemic changes, diffuse cerebral atrophy, prominent subarchanoid spaces in bilateral front regions. He is consistently drowsy and sleepy. Cannot express freely bit confused and blabber at times in sleep. Shown to a neurologist he has added admante, amantrel and modalert. Earlier his sodium was low but now within range with tablet natrise on alternate day. He has high bp, stent twice, AF and sugar. Can this condition be improved with ayurvedic medicines?

I have major depressive disorder and severe anxiety for which I take flunil and nexito 15 mg. I also take zolfresh because I have sleep related issues and Toficalm and Migabet for anxiety and panic attack. I also take modalert 200 for attention I have back to back exam and submissions which means very few hours of sleep. And I have developed chest pain issues whenever I am stressed. Recently I have been feeling heaviness in my left arm when I'm stressed and a few days back I lost mobility in my left arm and left side of face. It starts as tingling and then my tongue gets heavy and doesn't roll. Some say it might be due to sleeplessness, some think it may be due to BP issues. What could be the cause and what would be the solution?

Hope you are doing well, I am ocd and depression patient medicine taking from 5 years. Now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50. Over sleeping problem start from NOV 2022 BUT ON that time body was also numb and paining but dr had said its neuropathic pain but after jan feeling much more sleepy. sleeping till 4 to 5 pm .afer getting up feeling very lazy and brain totally block not understand what to do and not willing to eat and do anything. DR SAID TO TAKE MODALERT 100 MG IN MORNING.WHAT COULD CAUSES FOR IT..? actually i want to treat from ROOT CAUSE not temporary.

Respected Sir/Madam, I've always had concentration issues and lacked focus and motivation while studying.I did extensive research on the internet and got myself cognition enhancement drug i.e modalert 100 .Today was the first day using it and I haven't slept for 24 hours straight but had the most productive day of my life .It feels great .I want to know if using these chemicals are good because I am planning to use it more frequently and also ,do you have any other suggestions.Please help me I desperately need something external to help me achieve academic excellence.(I'm pursuing CA,failed to crack Medical entrance earlier)

Hi Doctor, Till date I have faced typhoid 4 times in my lifetime and their is history of constipation in my family as well (My father and grandfather also had the problem of constipation). Their are times when i dont get motion 4-5 days straight. Feel weak and dizzy in the morning when this happens. I daily need a laxative for freshening up myself. Tried every home remedy and abondoning of foods which are known to cause or aggravate constipation, but no relief yet. I need 3-4 jhandu nityam(ayurvedic medicine of castor oil and triphla) to relieve myself but at times this also does not help. I am patient of PCOD and schizoaffective disorder as well , medication of these ailments also i am taking ie aldectone for PCOD and trinicalm and modalert for schizoaffective disorder. Kindly help and suggest if some test is needed to diagonose the issue.
