I am currently taking nexito 10 mg for my social anxiety and depression. I am currently preparing for medical entrance test but i cannot concentrate on my studies. A friend suggested modalert 100 for that focus and concentration but that makes me feel more anxious and my heart beats faster.

Doc has prescribed me WAKLERT it was good. But i have faced memory issues then he prescribed me modalert it also good ta memory vut headache tired feeling sleepy eyes. Which one is best gor adhd memory. What shall i ask my doc how long i have been waiting.

Just wanted to ask a question about a product. I have exams coming up and I came across a product called Modalert that contains 200mg of Modafinil, which is supposed to help you focus. So I was just wondering if Modafinil has any side effects, or if it's worth purchasing?

Yesterday when I waked up in the morning I noticed my left hand from wrist to top fingers has swelling like water is filled and till evening it got normalised and after some time my right hand palm area with fingers got swelling what it is 😞 i suspect that it's a side effect of psychiatric medicine I'm eating modalert and evion lc please what to do

Hello i am looking for addrall or ritalin for the purpose of increase in concentration and to he more focused. I want to know is the drug like addrall and ritalin are harmful ? I know they are not available in india and instead of it modafili is available under the name of modalert in india .so can someone explain me the uses and the safety issue. What if i take it sometimes whenever necessary ?

As per pshyological evaluation doctor diagnosed ADD. Methylphenidate taking 4 months up to  40 mg. No improvement. So doctor changed medicine. Then modalert 100 mg too much head ache drowsiness, feel tired, sleepy always, but effective short term memory and attention improved its really good one when i read any article listen news. Taken only  for 3 days. So doctor changed to waklert Doctor prescribed me WAKLERT 75mg 10 days works good but felt memory issues. Better focus and concentration feel energetic but when i read it does not able to memory. So i have to read it again and again. Understanding and learning skills are not better than modalert. What shall i do, will waklert help me or ask doctor to change any medication.

I am a 34 year old man suffering from OCD and Depression since the age of 19. I am taking Uvox-200 mg and Felis-S-5 mg. I am a lawyer and hence required to do a lot of reading. My attention span is very poor-not able to concentrate more than 5 minutes on reading. My Psychiatrist told me to try Modalert (Modafinil) which phenomenally increased my attention span in reading. But within a few days my Psychiatrist told me to discontinue it. Would it be safe to take the Modalert on regular basis?

Daily I sleep well for10 hours in the night. In spite of that I fell sleepy all day. Even in the office I always fall asleep. It's been very difficult for me to control my sleep during the day time. It's really effecting my concentration and focus in my work. Please suggest some medication for the same. I heard about Modalert which usually helps in combating such situation. Few months back, I was diagnosed for moderate depression and severe vitamin deficiency (B12 and D3). I have taken 2 Methylcobalamine 1000 injections and a followed a three month course of T nurokind OD and Tayo 60000 IU ( once a week) tablets. But this exhaustion and daytime sleepiness isn't cured and little to no improvement is seen since the diagnosis even after having a balanced diet and morning workout. This heavily affects my classes and studies. As, I have my end sem exams in June, I asked a known pharmacist with my deficiency prescription for Modalert 100. He gave me one strip of tablets and insisted to take 50 mg two days once to avoid withdrawal. I feel normal with no tiredness or exhaustion. But my psychiatrist insists that I have depression and diagnosed me again for depression and prescribed me fluoxetine 20mg. He doesn't want to prescribe Modalert and asked me to get a second opinion from another psychiatrist. What should I do?
