Is it okay to give 200 mg vildagliptin,1000 mg metformin HCL and 4 mg twice a day to a diabetic patient having 230 sugar level after meal and 140 fasting? As i read somewhere that only 100 mg vildagliptin per day is recommended.

Im taking nexito and with that my doctor has given pantocid too. My stool is coming in liqiud form since Im taking nexito from 5 days . Can pentocid be used for overall digestion or just acidity. I think it reduces the production of hcl because of which indigestion is happening. Im confused. Please clear my doubts.

Now this morning i had swelling on my hands and feet .I also take cetrizine hcl 10mg  two tablets for my rashes which i had some days back.which i think is an overdose . I have been taking Triteptal, Buspirone HCL, Zyrtec, Temazepam, escitalopram, and elfolate at bed time and I have been having a hard time waking up on time(I should be waking up at 7:30am, but I cant get out of bed and wake up until earliest of 9am.). are any of these medicines preventing me from waking up on time in the morning?
