I was tested positive 2 days before. i lost my taste and smell.my doctor has given me IVERMECTIN 12Mg, AZITHROMYCIN 500Mg, CETIRIZINE DI HCL 10MG for 3 days. what other tablets should i take after 3 days ?

I have Schizophrenia and taking oleanz 5mg, trihexphenidyl hcl 2 mg. My hand is vibrating, what should I do? Should I change medicine or leave the medicine. I'm taking oleanz tablet for last 4 years.

Dear Sir/Mam, Last Monday and Tuesday I had lots of Almonds and Cashews , about 300-400 gram binge muching and since Wednesday I have Diarrhea. I tried one Loperamide which did not help. Mainly Because i did not change my diet as well. Please suggest me what should I do, Since it is Day-6 of Diarrhea , stomach pain only when I need to use the washroom and no other symptoms yet.
