I have skin allergy. I have to take levocetirizine medicine within 48 hours regularlly. i wan to ask is it harmful in pragnancy???

Sir.. I am suffering from redness and itching problem on both my thighs since last three months.. taking medicine terbinafine tablet USP 500 mg, levocetirizine tablet and applying luliconazole 1.0℅ w/w cream from last one month... but still no result came out... what should i do now

My mother get cough and cold last year and since then it happens again and again afyer each 15-20 days. She is taking Doxycycline Hyclate, Levocetirizine + Montelukast, acebrophylline and prednisolone tablets since last year whenever symptoms comes and they went back but comes again after some days. Is these medications good or not or any side effects if taking since an year.

Sir I am suffering from itching problem due to fungal infection . Sometimes it's gonna worst . We take levocetirizine 5 mg daily and Fluconazole 200 mg weekly &(clotrimazole powder also) since 4 weeks but there's no permanently relief.,
