Hi, I had my circumcision done before 2 weeks. Wound has started to heal and stitches is falling off too. The only thing is, my penis glans are feeling very sensitive after surgery. When it touches my pant, it is causing discomfort. How can I get rid of this sensitivity? Will it settle down automatically?

I had oily diarrhea for 3-4 days about a week ago, though i didn't ate anything wrong. Since then i am experiencing some weird abdominal movements especially when laying on right side. Today is my 7th day from testing positive. I have this strange feeling like, when doctor keep stethoscope and ask us to take a deep breath, and we will kind of open our mouth and do a inhale and exhale.
