Now, I am experiencing pain while passing stool. Discomfort sometimes while sitting. As for my diet, I am fruits and healthy food only these days. Still no improvement. Please help. Thank you

2 days before in night me groin are was paining and I rushed for urine then from that time I have a slight pain in my both tetsicles which goes to groin area(area between stomach and penis).It pains more when I sleep and my legs are closed while working or walking it is irregular just feels discomfort over there. My mother is having chest discomfort since 2 days. She is having issues in deep breathing. She feels there is some restriction while taking deep breaths. She used to get some relief by yawning but now even yawns are not coming for her. Oxygen levels are normal. Should we get a chest xray or ct scan done?

After he has tested positive he was doing okay. But after 4-5days into covid he had develop a stomach discomfort whenever he eats and how small portions he eats.
