Stone in the gallbladder means gallbladder is diseased. not an emergency right now but you do need to get your gallbladder surgically removed at some point because the stone can’t magically disappear on its own. Also, the stone can lead to cancerous changes in the gallbladder overtime and other complications too like mucocele > empyema > perforation.

If there is no symptoms which hamper your daily life then u can delay.. normally if any stone is gallbladder or kidney is not deteriorating your body organs or hampering your life style then there is no such emergency..you can wait.
