Excess bloating and indigestion
I started going gym previous year and started taking whey protein and creation for muscle mass and weight gain after 7-8 months I started having loose motion, acne and excess bloating and pain in lower left abdomen.I consulted a gastroenterologist in my home town after LFT, KFT, ultrasound, urine test , sugar and fasting sugar and many other blood related test everything is alright. Doctor gave these medicines 1.Gut Ok ,2. Rifaximin 200, 3. Dromis AM, 4. Ciproid 500 & 5.stranidazole And I live in hostel Now since 8-9 feb I am encountering kind of same problem even I have stopped taking whey and eating good amount of fruits but what I have included new is morninga power, amla juice and neem, karela & jamun juice one a week I don't know why this is happening, I have lost around 11kg weight during this time period. Any suggestions? Please help me out

Supplements are not easy to digest and contain other ingredients too which may not be compatible to everyone. Stop the supplements for a while I suggest you to stop all alternative medicines/ powders/ juices for now Just eat normal home cooked food And visit a doctor if problem doesn't resolve
