I am feeling discomfort during motion. Unable to clear my stool on single sitting,
The stool also comes in very small quantity. In each sitting.
The feel for motion continues even after multiple time of passing motion.

Also at times can find few traces of blood in stool

Drink plenty of water.
Take high fibre diet.
Avoid spicy and oily food.
Do some physical activity.
Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
Reduce your caffeine intake.
Avoid alcohol.
Stop smoking if you do.
If all these things not helping then you need some medicines.
