I was diagnosed with Ectopic pregnancy and my HCG level has increased from 4100 to roughly 8000 between 4 days since methotrexate was injected. I don't have any major discomfort but just wanted to know if this spike looks normal. Please advice.

Rash like thing at corners of my mouth.
I’ve been having discomfort and cracks in my mouth. It started with one side of the mouth and spread to the other. It looks like a rash and it hurts. One side went away and I’m facing it with the other side. Except now, there’s pimple like bumps around it. I’m not sure what to do. It worries me.

I was suffering from right chronic epidimitis a year ago and so my right testicle hangs a bit lower. Now since 2-3 days I am having some pinching intermittent and bearable pain in my Right testicle.
