Right lower eyelid twitch or myokymia
Hello Doctor, last 4 days my right lower eyelid is regularily twitching or flickering. Causing swelling, discomfort and pain in head and continous headache like migraine also fever. I am a computer professional. Pls advice treatment. Thank you

Such problems are usually due to dryness resulting from regular use of computer or mental stress or nutritional defficiencyor nerve irritation or a part of some cns problem. You can consult a neuro ophthalmologist.
