Swollen eyelid
Padt 2 -3 days i could see a small bump near eyelash off the upper eyelid. Today it is very much swollen. She is 4 year old. Please suggest if it will go on its own? Its become pink/reddish . Now looks more swollen than 10 hrs ago. Place suggest what to do next

This mostly looks like stye ( infection) .  You will have to consult an ophthalmologist for further treatment. She will mostly require antibiotic eye ointment and most important hot ( warm compressions). Please do consult and opthalmologist at the earliest.

It looks like pre septal cellulitis. She needs oral antibiotic and some warm compression. Tell us the weight of the patient. Pls see if she had any history of fever or recent cold and cough

There is infection. She needs antibiotic eye drops and May be oral antibiotics. Pl consult ophthalmologist at the earliest.
