Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

From what i could find out i have plantar fasciitis issue and experience severe discomfort in the heel region. This makes it very difficult to exercise or do house chores as im overweight. Please suggest so i could relieve the symptoms in order to lose weight.

Suffering frm red ness  in 1eye since 1week on white part of eye no associated pain and no itching no watery sometimes little discomfort but not usual sometimes it look white pimple with redness which i drop i can use nd wat is reason for that

Even after 20 days of barrage laser treatment still having discomfortness in eyes. Still have floaters and flashes of light. I am a continuous using laptops and pc for a long time. Is this is the cause for eye doscomfortness?. Floaters are still there in more numbers.

My husband is a software engineer. Whenever my husband do work from home by sitting on the bed, his back starts to pain. Even if he sits on the normal chair he is uncomfortable. But he feels no discomfort in office chair. The pain remains for a day or two.

I suffered from muscle spasm which maybe due to pulled muscle during workout.After that I used to suffer pain in back and abdominal muscles during movement.I consulted doctor who recommended me taking zerodol th 8. After taking it for 8 days I  recovered mostly but still if I sit down for hours for office work I feel slight discomfort/pain in abdominal/back muscles.The discomfort/pain is gone in few seconds after I lie down.Also rarely I feel slight discomfort in forward bending.Doctor advised me to take rest but on working days I have to sit for office work.I have not done any workout for last three weeks and it's around 10 days I have stopped taking medicine (zerodol th 8) but still not able to overcome this minor discomfort/pain. It feels like there is slight weakness/strain still left in my back/abdominal muscles . Today I started stretching exercises to overcome muscle weakness. Should I take zerodol th 8 for 2 more days?

I am having pain in my mouth cheeks due to some wound from last 3 days. It seems like having pus and causing discomfort while eating and opening mouth wider. Can you please let me know the cause of it and what I could do to get some relief. Since due to lockdown and covid opd are closed in my city.

I am having small bumbs on my hand and little on shoulder area from past one year.They are not itchy but a bit discomfort when I touch them.I have mild acne in face,is this also acne or any other skin disease.
