I have been diagnosed with two 3x3mm epidymal cysts on the right epididymus, which are quite painful but since a past few days I'm experiencing pain on the left scrotal side too(where no cyst was found).I have taken two ultrasounds and one mri of the testes , but still suffering with a lot of scrotal discomfort, it would be nice to receive some help regarding my cyst .
