Whitehead on right nipple

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have a white spot/whitehead/pimple on my right nipple for last one month. Nipple is always erected. I have no pain or discomfort as of now. But it's Starting to concern me as it's not going away. Pics have been attached for your reference.
