Chest tightness and bloating

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Suddenly for the last 2 days , I am suffering from chest tightness and acid reflux . I realized both days after eating orange it occurred . Extreme discomfort . Not severe pain but chest tightness and burping not coming out . Is it due to acute gastritis ?
