I hv diagnosed with cervical spondylosis n left shoulder Pain Now having chest pain with sore ribs Intermitten Pain left side of chest throbbing type pain n also increase in after wake up n bfr sleep Gas trouble also there

Last 3 months I have high gastritis and constipation and also last 1 month I severely back left after ribs pain in side I am eat lot of outside food soda water but now I m stop what is my problem I didn't know I think it maybe ulcer please tell me how to natural treated it please help me

Sir I am having pain on right side of my back & which travels down to right hand. There is some type of weightage or contraction feeling under back side of ribs. And also feeling that my right shoulder is lower in comparison to right one. Pain also travels down to legs & back bone also make clicky noise while bending to front. Pic also attached
