  4. Right upper Quadrant pain last 6 months.

Right upper Quadrant pain last 6 months
Right upper Quadrant pain on front(next to last rib) and back ( back side little bit lower). Today I did USG abdomen it's shwoing enlarged liver with fatty liver. Am I having NAFLD OR NASH.i am really worried enlarged means inflammation or just size enlarged.thanks

This usg doesn't mentioned mild ,moderate, severe Mild fatty infiltration common in indians d/ t food habit. Nothing to worry d/t  this report
