I am feeling some sensation kind of mild muscle pain in chest area. It's very mild and not able to feel it properly, mostly I the rib area when sitting with legs streched or sleeping straight with hands up. Is it a common thing or a early indication of any other after effects?

It looks like a musculoskeletal pain. Commonly seen post covid. However if symptoms persist or increase you may need to consult a doctor
