Feeling of warmness plus mild pain sometimes on right upper abdomen above navel , on sternum and right rib. This occurs constantly with some large gap for past 4 days. Today I had brown stool then light colored stool. What can be the reason for this. I am worried 😟.

When I was15 years old i observed my chest are uneven my right chest is little bit bigger then left and used to get pain in left ribs I went to an orthopedic doctor he told I have pegion chest but he not told any treatment options. Now I turned 19 what are treatment options what are reason of getting pegion chest please can some one explain this condition.

Can i physically examine if i have any hernia. I have started getting frequent burps. I have right sided chest pain for a year. all tests came normal(ecg,echo,xray, breast usg, mri of ribs). I have soreness in my right chest(right side of sternum) for a year now. Ecg,echo, breast usg, MRI of ribs, xray came normal. It is very painful. my pulmonologist has asked me to get hrct thorax done. i am little skeptical about hrct as i got one hrct during covid last year. no cough, no breathless so far.

I am facing back issues whenever.I get up I get crippling pain and I could barely walk or even lift to take a step ahead. My gait hai changed because of this, as there is constant pain in my upper back mostly. I can't run or even jump. I tried exercising too but it only gives more pain. Even the muscles around rib cage hurt.
