Hi getting left chest pain left rib pain below chest from 3 months. Took the ecg,2decho and tmt and consulted and everything is normal. Now pain severity increase little bit. So took the xray. Please review and let me know if anything needed further.

When I was15 years old i observed my chest are uneven my right chest is little bit bigger then left and used to get pain in left ribs I went to an orthopedic doctor he told I have pegion chest but he not told any treatment options.
