I am facing back issues whenever.I get up I get crippling pain and I could barely walk or even lift to take a step ahead.
My gait hai changed because of this, as there is constant pain in my upper back mostly.
I can't run or even jump.
I tried exercising too but it only gives more pain.
Even the muscles around rib cage hurt.

Chrck for the mattress as its flat or its been up and down, coz of mattress in the morning pain will be severe.
