I am weight training since 5 months and got my muscles acquainted with all the stuff From few weeks I am facing upper and mid back pain whenever i involve it even in normal activities it even pains if i am doing nothing these paind were not there before and started recently. These pains generally come after workouts I do the exercises with proper form,technique,breathing. I also have low back pain when i bend I am pain in sternum area(muscle area whenever it is involved) Please kindly help me

U should take rest and avoid weight lifting also. Better meet the Physiotherapist. After complete and proper assessment only treatment can be started

meet a good physio and ask for manual therapy and scapular strengthening if you find a good physio who does chiropractic,ask for thorasic thrust followed by electotherapy. you will improve a lot
