Muscle pain during doing weight training
When I do the reputations of chest that time i got a pain and feel powerless on my left shoulder. And when I do shoulder training that time also the pain and some sounds comes from shoulder. On chest the pain is on left side where shoulder and chest meet. And that time I can't able to lift 10kg weight. I feel very powerless in my left shoulder.
