Pain in the middle of chest bone muscle

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I am having pain in the middle of the chest bone for past 4 months In the past i was doing gym also when i took weights its shot like pain in the middle chest bone I went to near by clinic and he gave me some acidity medication, but their is no use. I had taken ecg also the report was normal. I feel its not acidity problem its paining in the middle of chest bone when i stretch my chest or arms. Can you tell me what's the problem is... Thank you
