Chest muscles is swollen
After 2nd day of gym, on that I did proper warm up, pull up, some exercises with dumbbells..my weight is 58kg, he asked me to lift 7.5kg on both hands.. after in the evening I saw that right side chest is bit swollen, paining. Is this injury?

Yes if there is injury there will be pain and inflammation, apply ice pack, stop going exercises and consult in person with expert physiotherapist for proper assessmenr and treatment.

You should do cryotherapy.  Apply ice packs for 10-15 minutes four times a day. Continue for 3 days. Stop doing exercises. If the pain persist or aggrevates you should consult a physiotherapist or orthopaedist in person for complete assessment and treatment.

Yes dear it seems to have issue usually this doesn’t happen after proper warm up. Seems like the form of the exercise performed was not correct and has caused some trouble it is better to take a opinion from physiotherapist because further assessment is required till then gym should be stoped

of course if it is swollen some things is wrong. You might have injured your self.

May be it’s a muscle strain Use Cold/Ice pack application for 10-15 mins 2-3 times a day

It might be due to strain of ur muscles,take rest for a few days ,do icing for 15 mins. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment.

Yes soft tissue injury is there so there is swelling. Take rest , apply ice packs ( put towel between chest n ice pack). Avoid lifting heavy weights for a few days
