Sudden pull in elbow
I have been doing some body weight exercise fixed on arms. For two days, there has been sudden pull in my left elbow. It doesn't have any pain or muscle strain at the time, just a painful tic-type sensation while moving arm or at certain angles a constant pull. What should I do?

Visit nearest physiotherapy centre for proper assessment, cant tell exactly what happened. Advice you to take rest, do not put pressure, apply icepack if pain is increasing.
