Pulling weight home gym
Dear Doctor , 45 year , have a belly ,normal home maker Female , did piles surgery one year back , have a home gym single station , what are the weight pulling and weight lifting exercise to avoid ? and should I wear hip belt while doing exercises ?

No necessary mam 1 . First do a assessment under a fitness physiotherapist 2. U need to do exercise like functional training with interval training program 3 . Belly can be reduced by following those exercise and maintain ur heartrates at fat burning zone 4.
