If you don't have any pain or discomfort due to this, don't worry too much about it. Start with exercises as simple as school PT exercises,  raise hands from front upwards 15-20 times a day. The same can be done sideways. Change position of sitting from time to time. More than depending on design or type of sitting arrangement, it is important to keep yourself active through the day. Looking up once in a while during working hours may help as well.
