Lower back pain issue
I am having lower back pain issue ,due to which I am having problem in bowing down now. I try doing some exercises but doesn't make much difference. Could someone help me on this.

Hello Ma'am, Ice or heat compresses can be used, treatment depends on the underlying cause. Strengthening the muscles in your belly, along with your spine is a great way to prevent me lower back pain.physical therapy may be required with the therapeutic modalities and excercises. Thank you!

Your back pain could be due to muscle spasm. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. Avoid bending activities.

Hi, Lower back pain is a common problem in I.T. related persons. 1Try to correct your sitting posture during working hours. 2 Avoid the long sitting. 3 Apply hot packs in your back. 4 Avoid forward bending, if u feel pain during bending.
