Back pain issue
I am getting back pain after the delivery. I used Ayurvedic medicine for pain relief, I stopped the medication and getting pain again

Hii, if you had recent delivery than start with simple back exercises , kegel exercises and pelvic tilt . You need to strengthen your back and core muscles as back pain is common after delivery . Try to keep your posture correct . Hot water fomentation is fine

You have not mentioned the duration of pain after delivery. If it’s recently then try to take back care and do gentle pelvic and mild strengthening exs for low back. If more than 6 months then try to activate your lumbar stabilisation exs and core strength

Back pain is common for most women after delivery due to week back muscles.

You should strengthen your back muscles. You should do back stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance.

After delivery,  your abdominal muscles,will be flabby & weak, which causes stress in spine & back pain. Try core exercises .

Hello maam, The pain that you are experiencing is because of the post pregnancy weakness of muscles due to prolonged overstretching.

Hi, if you have delivered recently then you can do a post natal rehab program , that will help you. But if you have delivered 1 or 2 years ago then you need to learn regular back rehab exercises

Dear client needs assessment thoroughly, as due to change in body weights n dimensions during pregnancy your posture may have changed this causes undue load on spine.

After delivery there is weakness in back so after delivery back strengthening exercises are important. Try to do hot water bag  three times a day. And static back exercises., Pelvic execises will helpful for you.
