My brother is 28 years old and has been having epileptic seizures. After starting the medications prescribed—Clobazam 10 mg and Topiramate 100 mg—his seizures have stopped However, he’s now experiencing some serious side effects. He feels very drowsy all the time, almost like he's intoxicated. He stays sleepy, sluggish, and his body has become weak and very thin. The biggest concern right now is that he hasn't been able to pass stool properly for the past Month. He can’t sit for a bowel movement, and it's coming out very slowly on its own. This is causing him a lot of discomfort. ??

Hi Doctor, I recently noticed this substance in my stool (photo attached), and I’m worried it might be mucus or something abnormal. I don’t have any symptoms like stomach pain, discomfort, or irregular bowel movements. I follow a vegetarian, high-protein diet and generally feel fine. I do struggle with health anxiety, so I wanted to check with you for reassurance and guidance. Could you please let me know if this looks normal or if I should be concerned? Thank you. I get hives on my body everyday, at midnight as well with symptoms like discomfort in the upper stomach, loose motions or sometimes constipation, sometimes also accompanied by heartburn like feeling but in the whole body and a lump in throat when the hives are really bad. The hives go when I take Montek LC and so do most of the stomach problems(most not all like loose motions still remain). I am also getting frequent mild UTI(twice-thrice in 6 months) and I have a feeling all these are related. Could this be food intolerances, IBS, histamine intolerances? What should I do to get relief at home as I can't go to a doctor for a couple of weeks. And what doctor do I go to? An Allergist, GP?

I had a complete eye check-up 1-2 months agd with an ophthalmologist, including a retina exam, and everything was normal Lately, I'm facing blurry or unfocused vision while wearing my specs, especially while using screens. I need to consciously focus my eyes to see clearly. Without specs, I can see nearby objects clearly but not distant ones. I also experience light sensitivity -- bright lights, screens, and headlights often cause discomfort and even headaches. I feel it may be related to digital eye strain or photophobia or migraine. My glasses are from Vision Express. Could this be due to screen exposure, or something else? I have amblyopia in one eye. Kindly advise any eye drops for digital eye strain.

A few days back I had indigestion and was passing gas. This triggered sweating and now I sweat if skin touches skin or if clothes touch the skin I don't sweat if I sit normally without leaning against anything that may cause me to touch the cloth or skin or any object etc This has happened before , where after eating and stomach discomfort... I had a burning sensation in my stomach and in my arms and legs Post this a similar sweating scenario started. It stopped randomly one day when I massaged my foot with a khansa cup. This time around the solution didn't work Between the first time and this time ..I had expected it to take a couple of times and every time after the foot massage with the cup..the sweating stopped. So not sure what it is and why it's happening

Hi Doctors, From sometime I am having bloating and gas issues. But recently, I have felt acidity and also a burning sensation in my food pipe when eating certain foods . Also, there is some discomfort/heaviness on my right side of abdomen, some pain points which occasionally keep changing from stomach to flank area. I am 37 years old, weighing 89 kgs and height 5 f 8 inches. I have a fasting blood sugar level of 124 and H1bac 7.1. Kindly suggest your opinions.

Hello sir... I have been facing some gastric and acidity since past 2 months but by changing some diet i had controlled it a lot But past some days i feel a bit discomfort in my heart once i got a little pain that actually was something is pinching my heart from yesterday I'm having pain in my left shoulder that continues till my fingers my shoulder hurt when I'm raising my hand fully and once i got pain in underarm and near breat sometimes i get headache it feels its on left side of the head tht continues till ear... Hi Doctors, I had undergone Scrotal Doppler Ultrasound Scan 1.5 months ago, as a requirement for TESE procedure. The scan report impression stated no sonological abnormality detected. Post TESE procedure and after 15 days, I did undergo another Scrotal Doppler Scan as I have been having mild discomfort/pain in the right testes region. The report impression has stated - Right minimal hydrocele and   F/S/O Bilateral Grade 2 Vericocele. I am trying to understand, how is it possible for my  scrotum testes develop bilateral vericocele in a matter of 1.5 months from the last time tested with no sonological abnormality. Please advise if this is a serious concern and next steps to be undertaken in this regard.
