Problem???
"I’m 17 years old, and for the past 5 years, I’ve been experiencing discomfort due to having very large breasts. I weigh 65 kg and my height is 5 feet. My breasts feel too heavy for my body size, and it's causing me chronic back pain and shortness of breath. The weight makes it difficult to maintain good posture, and I often feel tired or strained. It's affecting my daily activities and overall comfort. I’d like to understand what options I have for managing this condition."

First of all your BMI is 27.9 which comes in the overweight section, so try and reduce weight with diet and exercise. Once you lose overall weight your breast fat is reduced as well. For posture you should use a good support brassiere or a posture corrector. Weight reduction is the first line management.
