Hi my mom got injured 1 month back and we did her mri yesterday, please help based on finding: Diffuse edema and mild irregularity of the fibers of the anterior cruciate ligament is seen - low grade partial tear. Peripheral tear of the posterior horn of medial meniscus is seen. Thin irregular subchondral hypointensity is seen along the inferior and posteroinferior surfaces of the lateral femoral condyle with a fairly large area of subchondral marrow edema - of concern for subchondral fracture. Mild irregularity of the patellar articular cartilage is seen with small subchondral foci of marrow edema grade IV chondromalacia patellae.
