Avoid squats, dont stand for prolonged time, take a break after 25mins sit for a while and then stand.
Consult online/offline for proper assessment and treatment.
Hi , continuous standing should be avoided in case of pain. Degenration occurs inside every human body . Avoid squats. Consult online for better understanding regarding exercises that you need.
Side lunges could be tricky. Twisting activities are to be avoided. Cycling, loght weight leg presses(pain free ranges), swimming could be relatively reasonable strengthening exercises, in addition to Straightleg raises.
If knee bending and straightening are painful see a physiotherapist and be guided by them.
don't stand for long periods of time or use some splint for that you need to get a proper assessment
you need to start focusing on static strengthening exercises
need to strengthen surrounding muscles so
kindly get a proper assessment and start your healthy life
