Sir, Recently I was diagnosed knee pains both in early stage OA Iam facing knee pain while standing 10 to 15 mins Heavy iam not concentrating work, No one is giving job with this pains My age 36 Any yoga or knee strengthening exercises will regenartae cartilage,and gap will reduced in bones. Iam Taking medicine But iam getting tension in my mind With Fininacial problems.what should I do sir Last 4 years back I diagnosed lumbar disc bulge l4L5 Now iam getting pain while doing this exercises. 8 months ago there was medial meniscus tear which came in that time mri which was grade 2 there was pain in walking after this tear is not seen in new mri but there is degenrative myxoid change in posteriar horn medial meniscus and patelo femoral joint have mild oa change  ,my orthopedic doctar says everything is well after some time do proper physio please give proper advice my muscles are also weak my physio says that there is pain due to muscle week is it right or should i see an orthopedic and now i have pain in both knee in medial side for long walking

Recently my grand father slipped in bathroom. He had little pain in back & chest region. Yesterday the pain was little more. We went to local health centre and he suggested to do three x ray. 2 reoorts are normal. In one report it is written as 'OA CHANGES ARE PRESENT IN D5 TO D12 VERTEBRAE DOSAL LORDOSIS IS MAINTAINED. NO REDUCTION IN DISE SPACE.' Imp: Degenerative Changes. Is it serious? Please help if possible..

Hello My wife has high SGPT and SGOT(151/141) since three months She is taking Udilive 300,Silybon 70,Defcot 6 mg,Liv 52 ,Duphalc and hepamerz OA Dhruv .But, her shpt and sgot is not getting down. Wht should I do for the same ?should I move towards homeopathy ? Pls suggest

My mom is 48 yrs old n experiencing knee pain for years and now she's struggling a lot to stand and walk. Reduced some weight and her condition improved a while ago but again she finds difficulty with walking. Consulted many Orthopedists and they suggest surgery after examining the x-rays since she her condition is like a 60 yrs old person's Osteoporosis. But taking her age into consideration, some suggested to postpone the surgery. But the pain is unbearable nowadays so meanwhile what can we do to manage the pain? Is it possible for us to avoid surgery by having a life style change?

I have started joint pain all most many joints and it's now making my life I can't sit I can't walk properly. I had to to a orthopedic first he said I have symptoms of RA so I have to go to a rheumatologist so I book appointment and he gave me all tests but my every test Ra anti ccp crp ana all negative and only esr very high. He said he didn't think is rheumatoid arthritis now my one knee is 90% not working and other is 40% not working. My elbows fingers wrist , foot everything inflammed. I have done 10k rupees test with a good diagnostic. I belong to a very poor family can't afford to test twice a year and if a see a new rheumatologist he will give me same tests again and I am quite not sure that he going to give me medicine for RA or not. Because earlier doc only given me painkiller and some vitamin with painkiller. I return to Orthopedic he given me saaz ds tofe 5gm and I feel new inflammation stopped but he can't continue as he is Orthopedic not rheumatologist. suggest mesomething

Doc Treated with Deflazacort 6 mg and Bifenac-RB for 2 months..initial improvement achieved.. Pain has recurred and worsened. While folding leg..Repeat X-ray done. Currently doc recommended Celecoxib 200 mg for a week Shall he continue this?
