Meniscus and patelo femoral oa changes
8 months ago there was medial meniscus tear which came in that time mri which was grade 2 there was pain in walking after this tear is not seen in new mri but there is degenrative myxoid change in posteriar horn medial meniscus and patelo femoral joint have mild oa change  ,my orthopedic doctar says everything is well after some time do proper physio please give proper advice my muscles are also weak my physio says that there is pain due to muscle week is it right or should i see an orthopedic and now i have pain in both knee in medial side for long walking

your finding are suggestive of changes that has occurred due to the inury and process there off. need to to xrays to look for severity of Arthritis. start physio properly, wear knee supports and avoid strenuous activity. a diagnostic arthroscopy to look of actual damage and debridement may relieve all ur symptoms.

Degeneration is a consequence of the earlier tear.
Next Steps
Stop going to/ think of going to multiple Orthopaedicians. Start proper physiotherapy right away and your symptomswill improve your symptoms drastically.
