Sir, Recently I was diagnosed knee pains both in early stage OA Iam facing knee pain while standing 10 to 15 mins Heavy iam not concentrating work, No one is giving job with this pains My age 36 Any yoga or knee strengthening exercises will regenartae cartilage,and gap will reduced in bones. Iam Taking medicine But iam getting tension in my mind With Fininacial problems.what should I do sir Last 4 years back I diagnosed lumbar disc bulge l4L5 Now iam getting pain while doing this exercises.
