Pain in joints
I have pain in multiple joints hand, knees, one side of waist, feet.
The ra factor came negative
Also I am a civil engineer so I have to travel alot and don't have a sitting job.
Calcium level is 8.6
Last year I also had knee pain but got relieved after few days.
Now I don't understand whether the calcium level is low or it is RA or OA?
Doctor said that the calcium level is low

Severe nerve pulling, waddling gait, and
Hello Doctor,
My mother (Age 47, Weight 70 kg) has been suffering from severe knee and leg pain for 8 months. Recently, her condition has worsened. She has to stand for long hours at our shop, and at night, she experiences severe nerve pulling/spasms in her legs. Her walking balance has completely changed (she walks with a waddling, penguin-like gait).
Her recent blood reports show:
Vitamin B12: 221 pg/ml (Low)
Homocysteine: 22.30 µmol/L (High)
TSH: 7.89 µIU/mL (High)
Past Treatment:
An Ortho diagnosed mild Knee OA andsaying for opration. A Pain specialist prescribed Pregabid CR 75 and Etoshine MR, but no relief. Currently, an MD Physician started her on Tab Thyrox 50 mcg and Tab Becosules Z.
My questions:
Is her abnormal waddling gait and night-time nerve pulling due to Lumbar Spine nerve compression + B12 Neuropathy, rather than just Knee OA?
Should we get an MRI of the LS Spine and Knee joint?
Which specialist should we primarily consult now for a non-surgical approach?

Condromalacia and disc buldge in back
Hi I have condromalacia grade 3 and mild OA changes in right knee apart from knee pain I have burning sensation in thighs while standing and sitting on chair also my feets are burning tingling and numbness. This does not allow me to walk much and do physiotheray for my knee recovery. Also when i do quad excercises for knee strengthening pain pattela hurts.please note I don't have back or hip pain
Please advise if my burning due to below MRI results of my lumber.
Please advise excercises for condromalacia grade 3 in left knee and early OA changes in my right knee.
1) Diffuse L4L5 dise bulge on background primary canal compromise causing mild central canal compromise, mildly indenting on bilateral traversing nerve roots within lateral recess and mildly indenting on bilateral exiting nerve within foramen
2) Posterior central L5S1 disc bulge indenting on right traversing nerve root within lateral recess. No central canal compromise
Thanks

Meniscus tear with mucoid degeneration
About 1 year ago I had a knee injury, in which there was no pain or swelling for the first 2 months, after that mild pain started, then I showed an orthopedic doctor, he did mri sugest in which medial meniscus posteriyer horn grade 2 came then I took advice from my doctor and other doctors as well, everyone said that nothing will heal with time, keep doing exercises, after that I got repeat mri done in May 2022, in which gred is not big but some mucoid degeneration show happened and along Mild oa chages in patelo femoral joint has come, still I am not able to stand for long time, it hurts to walk very far and for the last few days I am feeling difficulty in climbing stairs, my physio has also started. It has been 15 days, it has reduced the pain, but this problem is still there, please give proper advice, will it be cured by physio, will I take any other medicines or should think for some other surgery
