Meniscus tear with mucoid degeneration
About 1 year ago I had a knee injury, in which there was no pain or swelling for the first 2 months, after that mild pain started, then I showed an orthopedic doctor, he did mri sugest in which medial meniscus posteriyer horn grade 2 came then  I took advice from my doctor and other doctors as well, everyone said that nothing will heal with time, keep doing exercises, after that I got repeat mri done in May 2022, in which gred is not big but some mucoid degeneration show happened and along  Mild oa chages in patelo femoral joint has come, still I am not able to stand for long time, it hurts to walk very far and for the last few days I am feeling difficulty in climbing stairs, my physio has also started.  It has been 15 days, it has reduced the pain, but this problem is still there, please give proper advice, will it be cured by physio, will I take any other medicines or should think for some other surgery

Nothing to worry. Pain is mainly because of patellofemoral arthritis. It can be managed with physiotherapy.
