Sever pain on Right Ankle. MRI says the following: IMPRESSION: > Reduced join space,marginal osteophytes,subchondral irregularity,osseous oedema involving the tibiotalar,talonavicular joins with enhancing synovial thickening. > Subcutaneous oedema around the ankle. > No gross bony destruction. > No mass or fluid collection. F/S/O OA changes with mild synovitis. > Small cyst of maximum size 1.6cm noted in the retrotalar region-? Ganglion cyst/Synovial cyst

There is a large ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion noted in the left temporal region causing mass effect in the form of effacement of adjacent sulco-gyral sapcus and ipisilateral left lateral venticle. The mass lesion is also causing midline shift the lesion is appearing iso-intuse OA IWI and hyper intense of t2wi and Flair it is showing increased signal intensity on DWI probably s/a neaoplastic etiology

Im 28, suffering from knee pain since more than a month. Started with discomfort while sitting then turn to pain when i stand for 30min. Now its always annoying and I cant walk or stand for long and always disturbing. While standing I feel the tibia its under pressure and hurting and sometimes i feel pain under patella with lots of cracking but no edema. I never been through an accident or practicing extreme sport. Tests showed RA (-), UA (-), bone density is normal, x-ray is done: a physician said its early OA but orthopedic dr said its not. However the case is not getting better!

Hi I'm considering to by tnyor OA knee brace for my mom she is suffering from osteoarthritis. But I'm confused which one to buy whether to buy both side hinged or one side hinged which put more pressure one side of the knee I want knee support for my mother right leg . For one side hinged there are two option either left or right I'm unable to identify which one to buy as I don't know my mother has varus or valgus knee. You can see the reports attached below. Also if I need consulting on vc for my mom which doctor will be beneficial for my mom to tell exercises and tell which knee brace will be beneficial. Whome should I consult on pactro physiotherapist or orthopedist. Thankyou in advance.

When i was 28 i had got some knee pain. Not continuous only while climbing stairs. I cur not put my whole weight on it. If i do it used to pain so bad that i can fall. Several xrays and mri was done but No use. Then last year it became ok on its own. Now we had to shift house so i did all packing on my own. Too much stress apparently. Now i again have slight pain and when i straighten my knee i feel some flesh comes in between 2 things and then goes and very slight pain again on climbing stairs.i left dancing and exercises bcz of this and now my weight is also increased. Its 72. I dnt knw how it had become fine but i want to get rid of it naturally as i am ttc. Plz tell if its OA or meniscal tear or something else. I got ao many opinions earlier so m nt sure what it is

I have fatty liver mildy enlarge in size 15.00 cm and my fibroscan report has e(kpa) 7.1, IQR 0.9, IQR/med 13% , cap 286 And IQR 46. My lipid profile Is, total cholesterol 198 Mg, triglycerides 236 mg, HDL Cholesterol 40mg, non HDL Cholesterol 158 Mg, LDL Cholesterol 130 mg, Atherosclerosis index 5. I'm doing liver function test twice 1st time my ast 50 U/L And alt 87 U/L 2nd time test results ast 28 U/L and alt 32 U/L is it good for me??? And doctors advice me some medicine like Evoin 400mg, Ursocol 300mg, Hepamerz tm 150+100mg, rosuva 5mg. Now I want to know I continue this medicine or not ??? And what I do in my Daily routine.

About 1 year ago, I had a knee injury, in which there was no pain or swelling for the first 2 months, after that mild pain started, then I showed it to an orthopedic doctor, he suggested mri, in which medial meniscus posteriyer horn grade 2 came.  I took advice from my doctor and other doctors, everyone said that nothing will heal with time, keep doing exercises, after that I got repeat mri done in May 2022, in which the grade was not big but some mucoid degeneration showed and along  Mild oa chages have come in patelo femoral joint, still I am not able to stand for a long time, pain starts, I am not able to walk for long distances and now I am feeling difficulty in climbing stairs for the last few days, I have also started physio.  It has been done for 15 days, the pain has reduced, but the discomfort and this problem has persisted, Bhopal's Orthopedic Dr. Sheetal Gupta and AIIMS Bhopal's doctor says that get physio done, it will be fine, please give proper advice.

This is for my mother , She is 61 yrs old having pain in right foot medial side, Pain location is ahead of tarsal bones on medial side of foot. After standing for few mins, there is pain and swelling in that particular area which is localised pain. She has Grade 2or 3 OA right knee with joint space reduced visibly on medial side and while walking the medial arch of foot is flattend and is unable to walk for longer times. Pain subsides once she starts walking but cant walk or stand for even 5 mins continous. Orthopaedics has suggested for TKR but there  is no knee pain, pain n swelling is just on medial side of foot. She is using the arch support with shoes and treating the swelling with cold therapy Can physiotherapy be helpful in this?

Few months ago i am facing irregular periods & Unbearable pain when i got periods. I consult a doctor & adv. Usg result: both ovaries Endometriotic cyst, POD is clear. Then doc give me to do test Ca-125: 246 TSH: normal Prolactin: 23.0 . so doc give me  Norethindrone . I was not satisfy so I take another opinion & she told me that ca-125 was very high & I have cancer OA & consult any cancer hospital. After that take another opinion & adv. Usg: both ovaries enlarged & bilateral chocolate cyst. FT4- 1.04 CBC- HB- 13.4 &  all are normal only , esr-28 Prolactin: 15.17 TSH: 1.63 LFT: normal except total protein is high 8.46 Family have no history of ovarian cancer. doc told me that there was no ovarian cancer & continue Dienogest 2 mg & repeat test after 3 months. Now present test result: Ca-125: 63.18, usg: Size of cyst is reduced in size & all are normal. i am not getting any pain during this medicine. ca-125 is still high, Is it a concern? im fear about that. plz adv. why ca125 is high?

Very off and on she becomes absent minded during course of discussion on any subject. Besides she fells connectivity to the point of discussion. In the context, it be stated that she was/is an epileptic patient since 1992 and she also a victim of DVT on both legs since 2012 & 2013. She also suffers from obesity, swelling in legs after DVT. She is also suffering from OA, though earlier she has RA, recently she has undergone surgery fissures with inflammed external piles. She is a patient of Hypothyroidism. Frequently she is having cramps in legs or veins. Presently, severe pain in left leg. B.W. is 85kg. Daily taking Eltroxin 75mcg. She is also having idiopathic generalized seizures with IGF syndrome. Her medications for epilepsy are Valance OD 500 1 tab BD and Levipil XR 500 1 tab OD, Cloba 10 1 tab HS prescribed at NIMHANS under Sr. Prof. Dr. P. Satish Chandra (Director/Vice - Chancellor), although Cloba 10 had been stopped by herself. Stopping it, she is often get unmindful.
