Headache vomiting loss of memory seziure
There is a large ill-defined heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion noted in the left temporal region causing mass effect in the form of effacement of adjacent sulco-gyral sapcus and ipisilateral left lateral venticle. The mass lesion is also causing midline shift the lesion is appearing iso-intuse OA IWI and hyper intense of t2wi and Flair it is showing increased signal intensity on DWI probably s/a neaoplastic etiology
