Iam suffering from gastritis & cervical spondylosis. Taking pantocid 80 mg tablet. Can I take orthorin tablet for cervical pain . Is it safe for a  gastritis patient to take orthorin , Gabapentin or gabapin tablets.

I am a 40yr old male. Following is my medical condition and medication I am on: Diagnosed for Cluster Headaches and mild depression 9 years back. Having hypothyroidism too. I have been prescribed following medication : Thyronorm 125+12.5mcg for thyroidism Escitalopram 10mg & Gabapentin 300mg once a day for Cluster Headaches. My headache is controlled with this medication. I am already taking Gabapentin for last 9 years and Escitalopram for last three years. How long can I use this medication?
