Worried about kidney damage

Asked for Male, 39 Years

I took 2000mg of Tylenol all at one time a few days ago, i take 1800 of lithium daily for years and 1000 of gabapentin daily for years, since i took the Tylenol i noticed i am producing less urine, should i be worried about kidney problems?
