Neuropathic pain
My mother was prescribed to take Gabantin 300mg, once daily for chemo induced neuropathic pains. She is currently in Kuwait and cannot travel. Can she take Neuroplex 300mg instead? This is what is available here. It consists of Gabapentin.

Yes for neuropathic pain gabapentin is recommended,however if still not tolerable then add Tramadol 50 mg thrice daily

Neuroplex also has the same composition . It contains gabapentin . So you can continue to give this once a day. With regards, Dr Sanjay Sen
