Pain in arms and legs from 3 months

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I have pain in my arms and legs from 3 months have done X-ray report are normal have been in medication of vitamin D and gabapentin from 3 month ,why the pain is still not going ,what should I do what has actually happened

Common causes could be muscle pain( localized to muscles) , joint pains( localized to the joints), nerve pain( radiating from the neck and the back going all the way to fingers and toes, shock like) or none of the above- could be non specific in which case you would need a physical exam to determine the source
