Hello ! I am having a sexual problem. I strated to only ejaculate once during an intercourse, unlike the last month and months before when I could ejaculate up to 3 times and erect mostly any time i want. It is the 3rd time with no idea what the cause can be! My penis can not erect for a second time after the first ejaculation. In fact, I used to take some medicines for depression and lack of sleep but I cut them off in months ago and I do smoke but only 5 cigarettes a day as average.

I am unable to get over a girl for whom i am just a friend or maybe not even that .i have distanced myself from her long back (1 yr approx.)accepting that i was completely one sided and respecting her decision .but still i keeping on thinking about her , knowing the fact that i am no one, i wait for her call, i try to keep myself busy but whatever i do she keeps on running at the back of my mind. i want to come out of it but can't. I am taking metformin 3gm daily along with Januvia and Amaryl. Also Tresiba and Actrapid insulins. I was advised by many medical practitioners that the maximum dose of metformin is 2 gm. Would like to know actual facts I am diagnosed for Type 1 DM at the age of 25. The metformin dose was increased by my doctor when I was prescribed with Tresiba and Actrapid I am doing good with these medicines as the recent HbA1c is 6.5

I've been constantly nauseous for a few days now, it's been gradual but very bad tonight after i ate. I got really bloated and then the nausea started. It feels like it's in my throat but nothing will come out, besides a burp? I'm not sure if this is due to the fact i took the Plan B pill around 3-4 weeks ago and the hormones are still being weird, but i took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it's not that, so i'm not sure what is causing this... :(

I had sex with my girlfriend on 30th june,2017. then we never had a sex. we use condom but not sure. she had regular heavy periods in due date every month till now. but she said she conceived and probably had m/c at 8 weeks cause she had 17 days long heavy bleeding with severe cramping that time. after that she had a hpt at 5 months and beta hcg test at 6 months, all were negative. but the fact is that she remains sick often in every month. my question is, is there any chance she is still preg?

Three weeks before i was running while running i was having small abdominal pain as generally occur while running instead of stopping i kept running and in fact i sprinted the last 200 metre from that day onward i am having pain on left side near the upper thigh ,below stomach the pain remains for three days , now 5 days before i played cricket when i started running fast the pain again started this time it is severe plz consult me about the problem this is going to happen every time whenirun

As a preventive step, I want to ask that is it safe to take i-pill? As a matter of fact, last night my genital organ which was just moist due to initial outflow of fluid but not ejaculated touched her outer genital area for a minute. So what step do u suggest for preventing an unwanted pregnancy. Further adding she already had taken an i-pill of 1.5mg on 29 December 2017 and already she had bleeding from 5th to 9th January 2018.

I have a hard time remembering things it seems like from one min to another. I also have a hard time finsing the brigh side to things. I seem to be the only one to hear and see some things sounds voices etc. I get very anxious and nervous wjenever I leave my home for the simple fact that I'm not sure of someone is out there trying to harm me. I hate going to stores and refuse to go in one alone. I do not and will not shower without someone in the room with me that goes for going to the bathroom.

I am a recently diagnosed alcoholic person with depression and anxiety, I think I scored 21 on the quiz, I can't remember the name of it. When I went to see my GP about sertraline not working for me, he increased the dose to 100mg. I've found myself unable to stop drinking and in fact drinking more only to get rid of the anxiety and putting off the feeling that I want to kill myself and being an all round failure. I don't know what to do at this point because my doctor said the sertraline work.

I am 30 years old. From last 6 months I have a problem with my errection. Even though I am sexually aroused I cant get hard errection. Earlier I used to get hard errection. I smoke.
